By accessing or using CVTiger, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

You must be able to form a legally binding contract under applicable law to use CVTiger.

2. The Service

CVTiger provides online resume and CV creation tools, including AI-assisted content features, templates, editing, resume generation, export and related career tools.

We may add, change or remove features from time to time to improve the service.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose
• Submit content you do not have the right to use
• Attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
• Reverse engineer, scrape or misuse the service in a way that harms CVTiger or other users
• Use the service to create misleading or fraudulent documents

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the resume content and information you create using CVTiger.

You grant us the limited rights necessary to store, process and display your content solely to provide the service to you, including processing through the third-party technology providers we use to operate features such as AI assistance.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you submit.

6. AI-Generated Content

CVTiger may use artificial intelligence to help generate, rewrite or improve content.

AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete or suitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before relying on it.

7. Plans, Payments and Renewals

Certain features require a paid plan. Prices, billing intervals and what each plan includes are described on our Pricing page.

Where a plan is recurring, it will renew automatically until you cancel auto-renewal, which you can do at any time from your account Settings.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The CVTiger service, including its software, templates, design and branding, is owned by CVTiger or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

CVTiger relies on third-party services (such as hosting, authentication, AI, payment and analytics providers) to operate. Your use of the service may also be subject to those providers’ terms.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

CVTiger does not guarantee that using the service will result in any particular job, interview or outcome.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CVTiger will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that harms CVTiger or other users.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we may provide notice through the website or another appropriate method. The current version will always be available on this page.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. The specific governing jurisdiction and dispute-resolution venue will be confirmed by CVTiger.
