Payment questions
What happens after a successful payment?
Your access is activated instantly once the payment is verified on our servers, and you can download unlimited PDFs right away. Your access status and expiry date are shown on your Dashboard and in Settings.
What if my payment is pending or fails?
If a payment is still processing, your access activates automatically once it is confirmed. If a payment fails, you are not charged — your resume stays saved and you can try again anytime.

No. Every plan is a one-time payment with no subscription and no auto-renewal. When your access period ends, you simply purchase again if you want to continue.
Can I get a refund?
